Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • In original, uninstalled condition
  • Free of damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Panels with breakers installed — custom-built panelboards with breakers pre-installed are final sale
  • Reconditioned equipment — items sold as reconditioned are non-returnable
  • Installed equipment — any item that has been installed, wired, or put into service
  • Items returned after 30 days — no exceptions

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee is deducted from all refunds on eligible returns. This covers inspection, testing, and repackaging of returned equipment.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be shipped in appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit.

If we made the mistake — if we shipped the wrong item or your order was incorrect, we will correct it at no cost to you. We will pay for return shipping and send the correct item immediately.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at sales@brilliantbreakers.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will respond with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Do not ship items back without a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 30% restocking fee. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
