Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using brilliantbreakers.com (the "Site") or purchasing products from Brilliant Electrical Supply ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 2863 Cardinal Lane, Burlington, NC 27217, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Products & Descriptions

We sell new, used, and reconditioned industrial electrical equipment. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may not be exact. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Brilliant Electrical Supply is an independent reseller. We are not an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of any manufacturer or brand listed on this Site. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Pricing & Quotes

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. A quote provided by our sales team is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

Orders & Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and company checks (subject to approval).

Shipping & Delivery

Most in-stock items ship the same or next business day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, weight, and shipping method. Oversized items (transformers, panels, switchgear) ship via freight carrier and require a shipping quote.

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, uninstalled condition. A 30% restocking fee applies. Panels with breakers installed, reconditioned items, and any installed equipment are non-returnable. If we ship the wrong item, we will correct the order at our expense. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the error was ours. No returns are accepted after 30 days. To initiate a return, email sales@brilliantbreakers.com. Warranty

New equipment: Covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Brilliant Electrical Supply does not provide manufacturer warranties as we are an independent reseller.

Used & reconditioned equipment: Sold with a 1-year operational warranty unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Warranty covers defects in functionality and does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS DESCRIBED." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brilliant Electrical Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Brilliant Electrical Supply or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alamance County, North Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
